For legal compliance purposes, we may record your complete interaction with our Website, including information entered into registration forms and boxes checked for legal agreements. This recording may be preserved for up to 5 years from the date of recording and may be accessed by us or our service providers as legal proof that you registered on our Website and agreed to our terms (by checking the required boxes).

  1. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES.

Cookies are small text files that a website requests for your browser to store on your device, enabling them to remember details about you such as language preferences or login credentials. Our Website uses both first-party cookies (which we set directly) and third-party cookies (originating from domains other than our Website) to support our advertising and marketing activities.

When you visit our Website, we and third parties place cookies on your browser to gather information about you, your preferences, or your device. This information is primarily used to ensure the site functions as you expect and to deliver a personalized experience. You have the option to restrict certain types of cookies, though doing so may affect your experience of the site and limit the services we can provide. You cannot opt out of Strictly Necessary Cookies as they are required for proper Website operation (such as displaying the cookie banner, retaining your settings, logging you into your account, and redirecting you when you log out).

We use cookies and other tracking technologies for the following purposes:

Strictly Necessary Cookies – These cookies are essential for proper Website operation and cannot be disabled in our systems. They are usually only activated when you perform actions requesting our services, such as adjusting privacy settings, logging in, or completing forms. You can configure your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the Website will not function. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information.

Performance Cookies – These cookies enable us to track visitor numbers and traffic origins, allowing us to evaluate and enhance our Website performance. They help us identify which pages are most and least popular and understand how visitors navigate the Website. All information collected through these cookies is aggregated and therefore anonymous. If you do not allow these cookies, we will not know when you have visited our site and will not be able to monitor our performance.

Functional Cookies – These cookies enable the Website to deliver enhanced functionality and personalization. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have integrated into our pages. If you do not allow these cookies, some or all of these services may not function properly.

Targeting Cookies – These cookies are placed on our Website by our advertising partners. They may be used by those companies to develop a profile of your interests and display relevant advertisements on our Website and other websites. They may or may not store Personal Information. Often, they are based on unique identifiers assigned to your browser and device. If you do not allow these cookies, you will experience less targeted advertising.

Social Media Cookies – These cookies are set by various social media services we have integrated into the site to enable you to share our content with your friends and networks. They are capable of tracking your browser across other sites and developing a profile of your interests, which may impact the content and messages you see on other websites you visit. If you do not allow these cookies, you may be unable to use or see these sharing tools.

Google Analytics Cookies – We utilize various Google advertising services that link Website activity to their advertising network through cookies tracking patterns in your browsing history. We participate in multiple Google Analytics Advertising features, including: (1) Remarketing with Google Analytics; (2) Google Display Network Impression Reporting; (3) Google-controlled Campaign Manager integration; and (4) Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. Google tracks activity through Google Analytics, AdWords, and DoubleClick cookies to analyze site usage, generate activity reports, and share insights with other Google services. You can opt out of this tracking and data collection at https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=en or by installing Google’s Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/

Web Beacons and Pixel Tags – We deploy web beacons (sometimes referred to as pixel tags) to gather data about your Website activity, assess how effective our advertisements are, and monitor advertising distribution. Web beacons collect limited information including cookie numbers, time and date of page views, and page descriptions. We may use web beacons in email messages to determine if you opened or acted upon them. Because web beacons function as content requests, you cannot opt out or refuse them, but they can be rendered ineffective by opting out of cookies or adjusting cookie settings in your browser.

California residents should note we do not respond to “do not track” signals or cookies.

  1. INFORMATION FROM EXTERNAL SOURCES.

We acquire Personal Information from external sources, including:

Service providers – Third-party providers who support our marketing services, including those that verify your identity, confirm the accuracy of information you submitted, and determine which of our clients we provide your information to in order to deliver the products and services you are seeking through your registration.

Commercial and government sources – Data aggregators, data brokers, public databases, and companies that license or sell data to us. This information may include your name, general geographic information, IP address, and publicly-observed data.

Analytics and tracking services – Third-party analytics and tracking tools (such as Google Analytics) for display marketing to better understand our audience, how they use the Website, and how to improve the effectiveness of the Website and its content, as well as our marketing. These technologies may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, log files, Flash cookies, HTML5 cookies, or other technologies to receive, collect, and store information about you. They may also combine information collected from your interaction with the Website with information collected from other sources. We do not have access to or control over these third-parties’ use of cookies or other tracking technologies.

Third-party websites and services – If you access our Website through a third-party website, email, or service (such as a social media account), we may automatically receive certain information about you based on your registration and privacy settings on those third-party platforms. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, username, demographic information, updated address or contact information, location, interests, and online activity.

Social media integration – You may choose to associate your social media account (Facebook, X, or Google) with our Website. By associating your accounts, you may authorize these third parties to send us certain information from your social media profile, which may include Personal Information. What information they send depends on your privacy settings with those third parties and their privacy policies. Once accounts are associated, they may send us additional information from your profile over time. We use information they share with us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Combining information – We may combine the Personal Information we receive from you, third parties, and information we automatically collect through the Website and services, as well as information collected from other online or offline sources, including third-party sources. This aggregation of data from multiple sources enables us to deliver our services to you and identify other products and services that may interest you.

Inferences and profiles – Using the information we collect and combine, we develop inferences about your interests and preferences through analysis of your behavioral trends. This analytical process may include creating a profile that predicts your preferences and behaviors to personalize your experience and our marketing efforts.

To facilitate these activities, we allow third parties to use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar technologies to collect data and information about your online activity. Interest-based ads may also display through social media platforms or websites. These tools allow us to personalize ads based on your activity and behavior while keeping your Personal Information separate from social media platforms.

  1. HOW WE SHARE AND SELL YOUR INFORMATION.

  1. THIRD-PARTY PRACTICES.

(a) Advertiser Technologies.

Advertising agencies, advertising networks, and other companies who place ads on our Website may use their own technology to collect information about you. We do not control the use of such technology and have no responsibility for its use to gather information about you, nor do we control how such information is used or shared. Please read their privacy policies and practices.

(b) External Links.

For your convenience, our Website and email messages may include hypertext links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such other websites. We do not operate or control any information, software, products, or services available on these third-party sites. The inclusion of a link on our Website does not constitute any endorsement of the related services, products, or website, or its sponsoring organization.

(c) Analytics Providers.

As described above, we use Service Providers to monitor, analyze, and report on traffic to, from, and within our Website and email messages.

(d) Third-Party Privacy Policies.

Third parties receiving your information through disclosure, sharing, or sale may maintain their own privacy policies governing how they use and disclose your information and what choices you have. We encourage reviewing those third-party websites.

  1. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES.

(a) Managing Cookies and Tracking.

We, third parties, and service providers place cookies and tracking technology on parts of our Website. You may decline or adjust these technologies through your device or Internet browser settings to limit tracking or decline cookies. Note that doing so may prevent you from using certain Website features or taking full advantage of our offerings. Refer to your device settings or Internet browser’s “Help” section for information on deleting and disabling cookies or controlling tracking preferences. Our Website may not recognize “do not track” requests or headers from some or all browsers.

(b) Interest-Based Advertising Controls.

You have choices for receiving more relevant advertising on the Website or across other websites and online services. To learn more about these choices, please see relevant articles at: https://www.aboutads.info/choices/, https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/, or for mobile devices: https://www.aboutads.info/appchoices. You may use an Opt-Out Preference Signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information. However, this technology and our use of it is not fully developed by the market. Our database containing your information may not be linked to your browser identification and because your opt-out request will be linked to your browser identifier only and not to any account or database information (as the connection between your browser and our database is not known to us), we may not be able to fulfill this request. If you would like us to make the connection between your browser and your account within our database or wish to opt out of the sale of your Personal Information, please contact us through our contact page.

(d) Email Communications.

We provide our customers and individuals referred by our customers with the opportunity to opt out of having their information used for purposes not directly related to placement, processing, fulfillment, or delivery of a product or service. 1. DATA RETENTION.

Personal Information is retained only for the duration reasonably necessary to accomplish the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.

For commercial marketing purposes, we will retain your Personal Information until you request we cease further efforts to provide you with such offers or in the event you request deletion of your Personal Information. To determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of the information, the purposes for which we obtained the information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and our legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and other applicable obligations.

As such, we retain Personal Information for as long as you continue to use our Website and services for the purposes explained in this Privacy Policy. When you discontinue use of our Website or services, we will retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and defend claims, and fulfill any additional purposes based on the choices you have made, such as receiving marketing communications. Personal Information you provide, including complaints and claims, is retained throughout the duration of your service agreement with us until statutory limitation periods have expired and as necessary for establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.

Once retention of the Personal Information is no longer necessary for the purposes outlined above, we will either delete or de-identify the Personal Information or, if this is not possible (for example, because Personal Information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store the Personal Information and isolate it from further processing until deletion or de-identification becomes possible.

  1. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

We have the right to make material changes to this Privacy Policy. We will post such changes through a prominent notice on the Website with no further notice to you. Please review this policy often so that you will remain up to date on what information we gather, how we might use that information, and with whom we disclose, share, and sell it.
